Demographic forum was created during the pandemic as a response of the DDS to the impossibility of holding the traditional forums of the Association live. In this way, the tradition of forums was maintained, but in a new, online format, adapted to the given circumstances. Considering that in the meantime the conditions for epidemiologically safe holding of live gatherings have been achieved, and that it is certainly a preferable format in accordance with the very essence and character of the forums, above all in their debating sense, the Executive board has decided that from 2025 the forums will be held again in the traditional form, and that the newly introduced name – Demographic forum (Demografisanje) will be retained.
